Warning Message:The Flood Warning continues for
  the Mississippi River at St. Louis
* from late Tuesday night to late Saturday night.
* At  9:00 PM Monday the stage was 28.4 feet. 
* Flood stage is 30.0 feet. 
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...rise above flood stage by Wednesday morning and continue
  to rise to near 31.0 feet by Thursday evening. The river will fall 
  below flood stage by early Saturday morning.
* Impact...at 31.0 feet...water begins entering the downtown parking 
  garage.
* Impact...at 30.0 feet...floodwall at lacledes Landing is closed.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Meramec river near Arnold
* until further notice.
* At  7:45 PM Monday the stage was 25.8 feet. 
* Flood stage is 24.0 feet. 
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...the river will continue rising to near 28.6 feet by 
  Thursday early afternoon then begin falling.
* Impact...at 26.0 feet...house at the end of kasebaum Lane is 
  surrounded by water just west of Lemay Ferry Road bridge.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Missouri River at St. Charles
* until Friday afternoon.
* At  7:00 PM Monday the stage was 25.1 feet. 
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet. 
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...the river will continue rising to near 25.7 feet by 
  Tuesday evening. The river will fall below flood stage Thursday 
  afternoon.
* Impact...at 26.0 feet...Highway 94 begins flooding 1.5 miles SW of 
  Matson, MO.
* Impact...at 25.0 feet...flood stage.  Minor flooding begins.  The 
  right bank downstream overflows, flooding agricultural bottomland.
